  • Server Logs: Standard web server logs may include IP addresses, browser type, referrer URL, and timestamp. These logs are used for debugging and security purposes and are periodically purged.
  • Analytics Data: If Google Analytics is enabled, anonymized usage data (page views, device type, general location) may be collected. IP anonymization is enabled, and analytics consent is set to denied by default.

Any information we process is used solely for:

  • Operating and maintaining the Service
  • Rate limiting to prevent abuse and ensure fair usage
  • Diagnosing technical issues and improving service reliability
  • Understanding general usage patterns (aggregated, non-personal)

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect the limited data we process:

  • IP addresses used for rate limiting are hashed with a salt
  • HTTPS encryption is used for all connections
  • No persistent user data is stored
  • Download URLs are not logged or stored

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may use the following third-party services:

  • Google Analytics: For anonymized website usage statistics. You can opt out using browser extensions or by disabling JavaScript. We configure Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled and consent defaults set to denied.
  • Content Delivery Networks: Downloaded content is streamed from Instagram's CDN servers. iGram.pk acts as a proxy and does not cache this content.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not create user accounts or store personal data, there is minimal data to manage. However, you have the right to:

  • Use the Service without providing personal information
  • Request information about what data, if any, we hold about you
  • Request deletion of any data associated with your use of the Service
